These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and myr88a ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the myr88a website located at https://myr88a.cam, including all associated gaming services, promotional programmes, payment processing, and customer support functions.

myr88a operates as an online casino and sports betting platform under international licensing from an offshore regulatory authority. The Platform offers a range of gaming products including but not limited to: live dealer casino games, slots, sports betting markets (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other international competitions), lottery, and arcade products.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making deposit, or using any of our services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The Platform strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all casino and gambling-related activities. myr88a reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate entities, agents, and third parties registering on behalf of others are prohibited from creating accounts.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Territory in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under duress, coercion, or any impaired state of judgement.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by myr88a for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of myr88a or any of its affiliated suppliers.
• You are not included on any self-exclusion register operated by myr88a or any linked responsible gambling programme.

Each Player may hold onlyone (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, different personal details, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name as appearing on your government-issued identity document, your date of birth, your current residential address in Malaysia, and a valid email address under your control.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. myr88a strongly recommends the use of a unique password that is not used on any other platform. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility.

4.3 Notification of Breach

In the event that you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify myr88a support immediately by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 15 of these Terms. myr88a will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving notification; however, the Platform accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to the notification being received and acted upon.

4.4 KYC Verification

myr88a reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a period of elevated transaction activity, or upon reasonable suspicion of account misuse. Standard KYC documentation includes a valid government-issued photo ID (NRIC or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and proof of payment method where applicable.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

myr88a accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect), 7-Eleven Cliq, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except cryptocurrency deposits, which are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of crediting.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet and DuitNow deposits, and RM100 for FPX bank transfer deposits. Specific limits for each payment method are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account dashboard. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may be subject to your account verification tier and KYC status.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. myr88a targets the following processing timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — 15 to 30 minutes; DuitNow withdrawals — 15 to 30 minutes; FPX bank transfer withdrawals — 30 to 60 minutes. Timeframes are targets and not guarantees; processing may be delayed during peak periods, during KYC review, or due to factors outside the Platform's control.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted, regardless of bonus participation.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on the relevant portion of your balance.
• myr88a reserves the right to withold withdrawal processing pending the completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be initiated by the Account holder; third-party withdrawal requests are not permitted.

myr88a offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and which take precedence over this general clause in the event of any conflict.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus credits are credited to a Player's account upon fulfilment of the stated qualifying conditions (e.g., minimum qualifying deposit, use of specified deposit method).
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a defined period. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the bonus expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, per device, and per IP address.
• myr88a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where to do so would be unfair to Players who have already accepted an offer and commenced wagering.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering requirement completion process.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — defined as the exploitation of promotional structures through coordinated wagering, abuse of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct deemed abusive in myr88a's reasonable assessment — may have their bonus forfeited, their winings voided, and their Account suspended pending investigation.

All games offered on the myr88a Platform — including slots, live dealer casino tables, sports betting markets, lottery products, and arcade games — operate under the specific rules published within the game interface or within the sports betting rules section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute between the general rules stated herein and the game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

7.1 RNG Fairness

Slot and random-outcome casino games on the Platform are powered by independently tested Random Number Generators (RNGs). The outcomes of all random-outcome games are statistically unpredictable and are not influenced by the Platform or by prior game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent the theoretical long-run average payout across millions of rounds and do not guarantee any individual player's outcome.

7.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including but not limited to EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, and UFC events — are subject to the Platform's Sports Betting Rules, which govern settlement procedures, void event policies, in-play betting rules, and the handling of abandoned or postponed events. Players are advised to review the Sports Betting Rules section prior to placing wagers.

7.3 Malfunction Voids All Bets

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of any game or betting market, myr88a reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the Players involved. myr88a accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referal to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or a third party's name.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity documents during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime under applicable law.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or otherwise manipulate the Platform's software, odds feed, or payment systems.
• Engaging in coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent the house edge or exploit platform promotions (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "advantage play").
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Allowing a minor (a person under 21 years of age) to access or use your Account.
• Using payment methods belonging to or registered in the name of a third party.
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward myr88a staff or other Platform users.

myr88a is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools and resources to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity. The Platform takes its obligations in this area seriously and will act proactively where a Player's behaviour suggests potential gambling harm.

Players may access the following responsible gambling tools directly from their Account dashboard at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits and reminder notifications, reality check alerts, self-exclusion (temporary or permanent closure of the Account), and cooling-off periods.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, are not reversible for the stated exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new Account during the exclusion period; any such Account will be closed and any deposited funds returned.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of myr88a.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, myr88a, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) the loss of data or profits; (c) any errors or interruptions in service; or (d) any other matters related to the Platform's gaming services.

myr88a's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

myr88a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false information; suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; abuse of promotional structures; or any other conduct deemed detrimental to the Platform or other Players.

Upon Account termination, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any forfeited bonus credits or voided winings) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being completed in full. myr88a shall not be required to return any funds where termination was triggered by the Player's breach of these Terms.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one (1) business day. If you are closing your account for responsible gambling reasons, we strongly encourage you to activate the self-exclusion option rather than simply closing the account, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards.

myr88a reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Reviewed" date. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect Player rights or obligations — myr88a will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your Account before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account. myr88a recommends reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which myr88a holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.

Internal Complaints Process: Before initiating any formal dispute, Players must first submit a formal complaint through the Platform's customer support channels. myr88a will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the licensing authority's player protection process.

Nothing in this clause shall limit a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction.
